For Belizeans, Belizean Residents and Local Companies
PURPOSE For those individual and businesses that wish to set up a Small Business or apply for a Small and Medium Enterprise we offer this service in order to obtain a Business Certificate of Registration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Name Search for availability
- Application Forms for Individual Owners, for Partnerships or for Local Companies
- Identification Card - this can be either a Passport, Social Security Card or Voter’s ID, original card or notarized copies must accompany the application
- Corporate Seal
NOTICE
If any foreigner is investing in a business, he or she should have a Belizean Residence Card.
